Because Formula L9™ is a consumable nutritional product, returns are limited for safety and quality reasons.

Unopened Products

Unopened, undamaged products may be returned within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the product price, less original shipping costs.

Defective or Damaged Items

If your product arrives damaged or defective, contact support@formulal9.com within 7 days with photos and your order number. We will replace or refund the affected item.

Subscriptions

Subscription orders may be paused, edited, or cancelled at any time from your customer account before the next billing date.

How to Request a Refund

Email support@formulal9.com with your order number and reason. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days.
